Hi Risit, regarding what your question is I'll say there's no comparison between two totally different streams  one will make you engineer related to maths field and other will take you to medical field . Regarding private and government fees is the major difference as fees is very high in private colleges as they are not funded by government like government colleges because of which government colleges fees are less and that is the only reason why people choose government colleges over private colleges .
