Since you are from Odisha you must be having your birth certificate or domicile certificate with you. You will be needing that during your admission in odisha college's. There are many colleges in Odisha which accept JEE Mains score . You can get admission to Odisha govt. College on basis of your JEE mains score. You will have to fill an online form for counselling in which you will be allotted colleges on basis of your rank and you will be given your preferred choice of College.

Basically  Every gobt engineering college needs one of a rabk of any entrance examination. It should be jee main or wbjee.

The colleges in westbengal take the examination based on wbjee but the colleges outer from westbengal are the only granted jee mains.

But as you are asking about westbengal colleges then I suggest you that all govt colleges are accept you regarding your wbjee rank.

The eligibility criteria for admission in government colleges which accept scores of WBJEE states that a minimum of 45 percent aggregate marks is required by the students in their higher secondary examinations (for General category) and 40 percent (for obc and sc/st category students).
