These are criteria for btech
The candidates require to pass the 12th with an aggregate of 60 per cent marks in PCM, PMB or MCB.
The candidate also has to appear in the entrance examinations conducted by various universities to provide admission to the B.Tech programme.
The rank acquired in entrance examinations of various universities along with the rank acquired in national level engineering entrance examination of JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are considered for providing admissions by prestigious universities.

Hello,
With this percentile it would be difficult for you to get a seat in any government engineering colleges in Maharashtra. Still you can try out for the counseling process as you may get a seat in the subsequent rounds.
Also, according to your percentile your rank would be more than 1.5 lakh. So you can apply for some top private engineering colleges in Maharashtra which accept JEE mains score. Also, you might be able to get some fees concession based on your score. Please note that not all colleges give fees concession based on your JEE mains score.

Here's a link for top private engineering colleges in Maharashtra which accept JEE mains score.

Hope it helps

The main difference between fees of a public or government engineering and a private engineering college is that the fee is private college is much higher. This is because a government college is funded and helped by government but in private engineering colleges, the students have to pay it, as these colleges don't get funds at all. Also in private colleges, the faculties and staffs get their salaries through the students' fees. But in government colleges, the salaries are paid by the government. So the fees of private engineering colleges are high.

Hello student,

Actually it is quite impossible to say about that because cut off trend changes every year. Maharashtra CET authority have not publish any cut off list yet. But the general cutoff percentile of computer science and engineering in Pune is above 90 percentile. Click on the link below to know more

Hello there,
Since everyone aims at government colleges, the cut-off marks is high. For getting admission in B.tech/B.E in any government college, you need to score atleast 98+ percentile, in general category. If you are from the reserved category, and also come under Home State Quota, then you need to score 95+ percentile. Out of 300, you need to score 270+ marks for this percentile.
Hope this answer helps you.
Good luck!!
