Hi
Making prediction is not easy as kcet cut off depends upon a number of factors like
--------------------) number of students that appeared in the kcet exam,
--------------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
--------------------) difficulty or toughness level of the kcet examination
--------------------) the category you belong
--------------------) number of seats for different branches
But yes,
As per past year trends
>>>>>>> with your 115000 rank
You have low chances in government engineering colleges.
You have chances in private engineering colleges like :-
----------) Smt. Kamala and Sri Venkappa M.Agadi College of Engg. and Tech. Laxmeshwara-Tq, Gadag Dt:- Electrical
----------) Maratha Mandal Engineering College Belgaum:-Computer science
---------) Bangalore College of Engineering and Technology Chandapura, Bangalore:- computer science

Hello,
Firstly, you have to appear the All India qualifying examinations and for state level you should definitely appear for the state level qualifying examination. Each and every the cut-off criteria get changed depending upon the merit list for either of the exams, so you should prepare accordingly and give your best. Secondly you didn't mentioned from which state you belongs to, so, it is quite difficult for me to list out the colleges.
You can visit the career 360 for getting more detailed information.
Hope you understand that.
Good luck!
