According to GITAM university eligibility criteria any candidate from NIOS board are also eligible for the entrance exam to get admission into any courses.

So, yes you are completely eligible to appear for bba entrance exam of gitam university to get admission into it.

Hey Bhavana,you can get in seat in ECE and IT branches but not in the CSE at Sri vidyanikethan college.You will also get other branches like EEE,MEC,CIV.If you try till last round you may get it in CSE branch. You can even try Gitam college since as per last year's

If you want to study b. SC and have interest in that go for it. 

Studying civil engineering in gitam jhajhr is not a good option since the placements is not good enough. Giving a drop you can try for other government colleges which also better placement and lower fees
