Yes u can surely apply for this course. As whether it's an open University or a recognized board the only thing which matter is u have to complete ur higher secondary then u can apply in a university for bba course.

According to GITAM university eligibility criteria any candidate from NIOS board are also eligible for the entrance exam to get admission into any courses.

So, yes you are completely eligible to appear for bba entrance exam of gitam university to get admission into it.

For BBA (Management Accounting) with CIMA and BBA

Minimum of 50% marks in Pre-University / Higher Secondary / 10+2 / Intermediate Examination in any discipline or equivalent from any recognized board or council
