Hi Rohan, hope you are doing well, let me tell you that the amount you pay after gitam counselling is not refundable and you are not supposed to receive all the amount you have paid. You may get it back incase you do not join the college but you don't get the total amount you paid.  So pick you wisely and go for counselling and proceed to pay the money.

Both colleges are prestigious engineering colleges which provide good facilities. So, both are good at their work. You can select anyone but keep in mind the college fee, hostel and food facilities provided. Choose that college which offers facilities that are more convenient for you.

Yes, totally. Just go to the college they will give you the seat. But if your intermediate or 12th-grade score is low, then the chances are low. But you can easily contact the college and ask them about any re-exams or any other exams you should take as you missed the exam.

If there are any extra seats, they will ask you to pay the counseling fee and get enrolled if you missed the test for whatsoever reason.

both the colleges are really good where as i personally sugest you for the GITAM as gitam has good value with there certification and along with that they have good placements record with them comparatively to ICFAI , where as GITAM has good mode of education with very good facilities as well
