Government Polytechnic, Sonipat  offers diploma in automobile/mechanical/chemical/computer/electrical/electronics and communication/instrumentation and control engineering , the eligibility criteria to pursue this courses are passed 10th standard from a recognized board with mathematics, science and english as compulsory subjects securing 35% aggregate, admission is done on the basis of the merit of the qualifying examination through counselling by Haryana State Technical Education Society Counselling ,  you'll be required to register at the official website of https://techadmissionshry.gov.in/Default.aspx once the registration link is activated,  the admission process usually get commence by April but the delay may be due to pandemic,  you can also visit at https://www.gpsonipat.ac.in/ to know more latest updates regarding this.
