Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/Technical Vocational subject, having a valid rank in WBJEE/JEE (Mains).

Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

Lateral Entry- Passed Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology, having a valid rank in WBJELET.

Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.

Provided that the students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall clear the subjects Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the First Year Engineering Programme along with the Second year subjects.

Provided that the students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream.

Admission Details

Valid score/Rank in WBJEE / JEE Main of the current year; For Decentralized Monitored Counseling (against drop out vacancy) conditions remain same except Entrance Rank which is not mandatory (preference will be given to Rank holders).

College Infrastructure

My Department consists good infrastructure and facilities. Spacious classrooms, modern labs, and a well-stocked central library provide a strong learning environment. The hostels are comfortable and safe, with 24/7 security and decent food. The college also has Wi-Fi across the campus, playgrounds for outdoor games, and halls for cultural programs. Regular maintenance ensures cleanliness in classrooms, hostels, and common areas. The campus is filled with greenery, providing a fresh and pleasant atmosphere for students

College Infrastructure

All classrooms are designed to be comfortable, and the labs are well-equipped for hands-on learning. The library is one of the biggest strengths, with an excellent collection of study materials and access to e-resources. Hostel life is comfortable, with decent mess food and good safety measures. The campus has large playgrounds, a gym, and indoor games facilities, encouraging students to stay active. There are multiple auditoriums and seminar halls for events. Wi-Fi is available across the campus, and overall, students get a good environment for both study and recreation.

College Infrastructure

The college has almost all the facilities one can need. Although not extravagant in nature, there is very little that students will miss here. The available facilities are very well maintained. The living spaces and food are clean and hygienic.
