You have not mentioned the course, however, admission into Hindu College, Lady Shri Ram College is done by DU. For most of the courses in DU the admission is done based on the marks scored in class 12 or equivalent. The application form for Delhi University is expected to release by July 15, 2021. Similarly, for IGNOU, the admission is based on the last qualifying examination i.e. class 12. So, here also, the entrance exam is not conducted for admission into most of the programs. Hindu College is one of the oldest and best colleges in Delhi with NAAC GRADE A+, affiliated to Delhi University.There are lots of courses including 9 bachelor of arts Honours courses and 5 BA normal courses.
You have to pass your ten plus two level with very high marks to get this college. Sorry to say you actually that is not a junior college so you cannot get admission here in in 11th standard. Click on the link below to know more about this college

Hindu College, Delhi University does not offer any courses for students in class 11th. All Delhi University colleges offer on undergraduate and post graduate courses only. The minimum eligibility for undergraduate courses in DU is qualifying Class 12th examinations from a recognized board.
