HKBK College of Engineering Bangalore offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes for admission. HKBK College of Engineering Bangalore admissions are offered to the B.E, B.B.A, B.C.A., B.Com, M.B.A and Ph.D programmes. For admission to the B.E programme, candidates have to appear for KCET. Merit list and cutoff are released after the declaration of the result to shortlist the candidates for KCET counselling. Seats are allotted during the counselling on the basis of the merit scores of the entrance test and qualifying exam. As per the HKBK College of Engineering Bangalore admission process for the M.B.A programme through KMAT, candidates are selected on the basis of marks of KMAT and GD and PI. Before that, candidates have to meet the cutoff in order to appear for KMAT counselling. For HKBK College of Engineering Bangalore admission to the Ph.D programme, candidates have to appear for VTU-ETR and interview. However, ADF/QIP/FIP/UGC-NET(including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/SLET/GATE/CAT qualified candidates or candidates having an M.Phil degree are exempted from the entrance test. Selection is based on the merit scores of the entrance test and interview. It must be noted that candidates have to qualify the entrance test with minimum 50% marks to appear for the interview.

B.E is a four-year full-time undergraduate programme offered by HKBK College of Engineering Bangalore. The institute offers following specialisations in the programme: artificial intelligence and machine learning, civil engineering, computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, information science and engineering and mechanical engineering.

First, candidates have to meet HKBK College of Engineering Bangalore eligibility criteria.

Fifth, seats are allotted to the candidates on the basis of merit scores of the entrance test and qualifying exam.
Finally, candidates have to report to the allotted institute and submit the documents and pay the fees to confirm the seats.
The institute offers a two-year full-time M.B.A programme. The institute accepts scores of KMAT/CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT for admission to the programme. The total number of seats offered for admission in the programme is 60.
Candidates should first meet the eligibility criteria.
After that, candidates have to appear for KMAT, conducted by Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association.
After the declaration of the result, the merit list and cutoff will be released.
Candidates meeting the cutoff have to appear for KMAT counselling, where they have to appear for GD and PI.
A final merit list will be released for the candidates on the basis of marks of KMAT and GD and PI.
Selected candidates have to appear for document verification.
Finally, shortlisted candidates have to report to the allotted institute and submit the documents and pay the fees.
Ph.D is a six-year full-time doctoral programme offered by HKBK College of Engineering Bangalore. The programme is offered in the following areas:business economics, civil engineering, computer science engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, finance management, general management, human resources, international business, marketing and brand management, mechanical engineering and physics.

Candidates first have to meet the eligibility criteria.
After that, candidates have to fill the Visvesvaraya Technological University application form and appear for VTU-ETR.
Full-time NRI/FN/PIO candidates or candidates selected under ADF/QIP/FIP or UGC-NET(including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/SLET/GATE/CAT qualified candidates or candidates with M.Phil degree are exempted from the entrance test.
The minimum qualifying marks required to qualify the entrance test is 50% of the 70 marks for general category candidates and 45% of the 70 marks for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layers)/differently abled category candidates.
Next, qualified candidates are shortlisted for pre-registration interview and have to submit a research proposal and face viva-voce.
A merit list is prepared based on the scores of VTU-ETR and interview.
Candidates who are shortlisted have to report to HKBK College of Engineering Bangalore and submit the documents and pay the fees.
