IILM GSM Greater Noida Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The IILM GSM Greater Noida placement cell is in charge of all the placement activities conducted at the institute. The IILM GSM Greater Noida placement cell ensures that  IILM Graduate School of Management, Greater Noida placements are conducted smoothly. The IILM GSM follows a systemic placement process that involves sending invitations and placement brochures to companies, interested companies fixing dates and time for pre-placement talks, shortlisting of candidates, final interview round and selected students are extended job offers. 

IILM GSM placements were concluded with a total of 223 job offers for the PGDM batch 2018-20. More than 150 companies participated in the IILM Graduate School of Management, Greater Noida placement drive. The average CTC for the top 100 offers in 2020 stood at Rs. 7.43 LPA. A total of 53 students received multiple offers (2 or more than 2 offers). Students were also offered international offers with the highest salary package of Rs. 19 LPA. IDFC First Bank, PhonePe, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Bandhan Bank, Square Yards Ltd, Regalo Kitchen, Gong Cheng Communications Ltd (formerly OPPO Delhi), HDFC Ltd, are some of the companies where IILM Graduate School of Management, Greater Noida students bagged the maximum number of domestic offers. 

• The IILM GSM placement cell shares the placement brochure along with students’ profiles with recruiting companies.

• Companies conduct the pre-placement talks at the institute during which the companies make presentations about their operations and job profile etc.

• The institute forwards the resumes of eligible and interested candidates.

• Shortlisted candidates need to appear for final interviews.

• Last, selected candidates are extended job offers. Once a student receives an offer, she/he is not eligible to participate further in the selection process through the institute.
