IILM GSM Greater Noida Admission Process
IILM GSM admissions are offered to postgraduate courses. IILM GSM admissions are offered to PGDM and FPM courses. According to the IILM Graduate School of Management, Greater Noida PGDM admission process, students need to sit and obtain valid scores in MAT/CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT. Whereas, IILM GSM FPM admissions candidates need to appear for GATE/GMAT/GRE examination.
Students aspiring to take admission in FPM at IILM GSM are required to submit Common Admission Test (CAT) scores. JRF/SRF candidates can also apply in the relevant areas of specialisation. Corporate applicants (i.e. experienced corporate executives/ business school teachers) can apply without MAT/CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT scores. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic record and score obtained in the qualifying examinations. Further, candidates need to appear for a personal interview for IILM Graduate School of Management, Greater Noida admissions.

I am currently pursuing an MBA because I want to build strong knowledge in business, management, and decision-making. My interest lies in understanding how companies work, especially in areas like marketing and finance, which will help me in my future career growth.
The quality of teaching in my college is generally good. Most of the faculty members are qualified, supportive, and explain concepts clearly. They use practical methods like case studies, presentations, and real-life examples, which make learning more effective and industry-oriented. Good teaching methods are important because they help students develop skills and understanding beyond just theory �.
Indeed
Regarding the curriculum, I feel it is mostly updated and relevant to current industry requirements. It includes modern topics, practical assignments, and skill-based learning. In many colleges, updated curriculum helps students become industry-ready and improves their analytical and technical skills �. However, there is still scope for improvement by adding more practical exposure, internships, and latest industry trends.
College Infra
My college provides most of the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment required for a good learning environment. The campus is well-maintained and has spacious classrooms equipped with projectors and smart boards, which make lectures more interactive and engaging. The library is well-stocked with academic books, journals, and digital resources, helping students in research and assignments.
The computer labs are updated with the latest software like MS Office, data analysis tools, and high-speed internet, which is very useful for practical learning. Wi-Fi connectivity is available across the campus, although sometimes the speed can be inconsistent during peak hours. The college also has seminar halls and auditoriums where workshops, guest lectures, and events are regularly conducted.
In terms of other facilities, there is a clean cafeteria, proper sanitation, and medical support for students. Sports facilities are available but could be improved with more equipment and better maintenance. Overall, the college infrastructure supports both academic and extracurricular activities effectively, though a few areas like Wi-Fi and sports facilities need minor improvements.
Campus Life
The college campus is well-developed and provides a positive environment for both academic and personal growth. The best feature of the campus is its clean and green surroundings, along with well-equipped classrooms, libraries, and computer labs that support effective learning. The quality of placements at my college can be described as decent and gradually improving. The college has an active placement cell that works to invite companies and organize recruitment drives for students. Various companies visit the campus, offering roles mainly in marketing, sales, HR, and entry-level management positions.
In terms of placement percentage, a fair number of students get placed every year, although it may not be 100%. In many similar colleges, placement rates can vary widely depending on student skills and market conditions. For example, some reviews mention that top colleges may achieve nearly 100% placements, while others have moderate placement rates with average packages . In some cases, around 90–95% of students get placed, while in others, the percentage is lower or depends on individual effortThe average salary package is usually moderate, suitable for fresh graduates, while higher packages are offered to students with strong skills, internships, and performance. Overall, placements are satisfactory but not exceptional. Students who actively build their skills, gain practical experience, and prepare well tend to get better opportunities compared to others.
Value For Money
The cost of my MBA course is moderate compared to many other colleges. On average, MBA fees in India vary widely depending on the type of institution. For example, fees can range from around ₹10 to 12 lakh for the full course, with private colleges rally charging more than government institutions . In my case, the yearly fee is reasonable and falls in the mid-range category, making it affordable for many students.

I do feel that I am getting my money’s worth to a good extent. The college provides decent infrastructure, qualified faculty, and learning resources such as libraries, labs, and practical exposure. The curriculum is also designed to develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which adds value to the course.
However, the return on investment (ROI) also depends on placements and individual effort. While the college offers placement support, students need to actively work on their skills, internships, and networking to get better opportunities. Overall, the course justifies its cost, but there is still scope for improvement in areas like industry exposure and higher placement packages to make it even more valuable.

Academics
Teachers here are friendly and helps you to clear your doubt anytime you want. In class too they teach as per the students, ask again and again till each and every students understand the topic. They also guide you with your career if like - basically the more you interact the more it will be beneficial. For me, sometimes it gets difficult to understand from some teachers but I guess that depends on person to person- if it happens you can go and clear doubt later and understand accordingly. Rest there is a placement cell that provides you internship time to time and helps you to meet up the opportunities and experience in your life.
College Infra
Campus is spacious ( approximately 26 acres ). There are multipurpose building that host - Engineering, law, management. All buildings are modern and well maintained. It surrounded by full of trees and plants which makes it more beautiful, Campus has two libraries one is Btech side and other is on management side- both of them are clean and quite. Classrooms are spacious and every corner has a proper view of board. It has quite large grounds actually two grounds which I feel is the best part, Campus has a basketball court, (indoor and outdoor both).It has 3-4 cafe spot - all of them carries food in reasonable rate, and have 2 mess -the food & mess is okayish (which is normal i guess).There are 6 hostel in campus, 3 for boys and other 3 for girls all of them are good & spacious. There is a bit rush n college time but overall experience of the campus is peaceful and good.
Campus Life
I have spend two years of college life in campus and to be honest which was great , i mean classes are near , you get to enjoy peaceful environment after college hours , they provide you laundry and everything . You can play in the evening , you can visit library can hangout with your friends in cafes , walk , do gym and anything u like and campus is fully safe and secure. So you can enjoy freely. Umm i can't say worst but the least good thing in the campus is mess .... food is not that good but yeah once you ask they correct it.
Placements
Placement rate in IILM is fine - average package is 8.5 LPA and the highest package of IILM in 2025 is 24 LPA. College provides full support at the time of placement. 70% - 80% of students are placed annually.
Value For Money
Well as per my opinion ,as a private institute it cost a reasonable fees for course like btech , management and other courses as compare to other universities. And i find money is worthy of the college life IILM provides. Overall a decent college for your future.
