Amity University Noida MBA Admissions 2024
ApplyRanked as India’s #1 Not for profit pvt. University by India Today
hi,
see iiswbm is affiliated under calcutta university , so its syllabus and structure is different then IIMS course structure, however in india IIMs are best according to course structure, faculty , infrastructure, collaborations with mncs and startups and comes under top colleges in india, from second year on wards iims candidates do internship on relevant discipline, if you look over the iim bodhgaya average salary package offered in aroun 10 lpa, where iiswbm average placement package is around 6 lpa. so in my opinion iim bodh gaya is better choice then iiswbm.
Hello,
Nope, you won't get refund if admission process is completed. You can get refund only when the purpose of the process is not fulfilled. as you said, you have already taken admission which means purpose of counselling process is completed.
you won't get refund now. for more information, please visit the help desk of the institute @ http://www.iiswbm.edu/
Hope it helps!
Hello ,
Both colleges don't have much difference , but few points one should note before taking admission in any college :-
In Jammu many times situation of conflict etc arises because of which college might remain close time to time but in Kolkata very few possibilities of such conflicts .
Jammu is hilly region and has cold climate while in Kolkata it is warm and humid climate .
Apart from these points IIM Jammu is new but IISWBM is old and also IISWBM fee is much low than IIM Jammu .
Further you can compare both colleges by visiting this link :-

hi,
see iiswbm is a premier institution in kolkata, however placement is moderate and average packages is not that good compare to other tier 1 institute, however I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO go for lovely professional university which has around 100 percent placement, college also provides grooming sessions for candidates preparing for campus interviews.
Hey!
IISWBM, Kolkata is a tier 2 B college.
Tier 1 are those colleges which provide best infrastructure, faculty, hostel and placement facilities. Tier 2 are the colleges which provide middle level facilities and opportunities. Means, IISWBM provides middle level facilities.
Thank you

Hey!
Iiswbm and MNNIT both have good infrastructure facilities and supportive faculty. But coming to placements for MBA, IISWBM offers around 80-85% placements in the companies like HDFC bank, Wipro, Federal bank, etc. (according to the reviews) But MNNIT Allahabad doesn't offer good placement opportunities for MBA Students.
Thank you.
The infrastructure of Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, kolkata has a great infrastructure facilities available in the city. The college has all the essential facilities available for the students to study. The college has a library and we'll maintained and hygienic classes.
Infrastructure is more or less good.. though I would say they lack in several aspects of a modern college and that needs to improve includings toilets, common rooms etc. Also the canteen need to improve.
The institute, which claims to be the nation's first business school, was founded by Jawaharlal Nehru. In order to meet the requirements of today's managers, the infrastructure has been minimally modernized while largely maintaining its rustic characteristics. Don't worry; the classes have air conditioning and projectors. The only thing holding this institution back is its infrastructure.
