IMU Kolkata B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

IMU-KC B.Tech Admission Procedure

• The ones applying must be not more than 25 years of age.

• The students will have to sit for the IMU CET exam in an online mode.

• Final admission into the IMU-KC B.Tech course is subject to the score obtained in IMU’s CET entrance examination.

The college provides 2 postgraduate programmes. The courses are M.Tech Marine Engineering and Management and MBA in International Transportation and Logistics Management. Both the IMU-KC PG courses have a duration of 2 years.

• Eligible candidates will have to take the IMU CET exam in an online mode.

• After the IMU CET exam results, the college will allot the seats to its students.

• Admissions shall be based on IMU CET entrance exam scores and past academic performance.

• At last, submit the application form along with documents to finalise the admission.

IMU-KC MBA Admission Procedure

• Candidates are requested to apply online by visiting the website of the college.

• The eligibility criteria for MBA admission are that students must have passed the bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks from a recognised university and also need to give the IMU CET exam.

• Those who meet this criteria are eligible to apply.

• Fill out the whole application form and submit it with documents and fees.

• Proof of Age - Birth Certificate/SSLC or equivalent mark sheet

• Higher Secondary School or Equivalent mark sheet and passing certificate.

• Community Certificate (only for ST, SC, and OBC-(NCL)) or Parents’ Income certificate for the economically backward class

• IMU’S CET Rank Certificate

• Provisional letter of seat allotment

• Passport Original with Xerox copy of both the 1st and last pages

• Medical fitness by Doctors approved by the Director General of Shipping

• Passport-size photographs

• Xerox of Aadhar Card

• Letter of Indemnity (on Rs 100/- Non-Judicial stamp paper as per the enclosed proforma)
