I am sorry but with this score its difficult for you to get a seat in IMS.

Especially keeping the fact of high cutoffs in mind.

Last year the closing score was around 380-400.

However you can try for other deemed universities especially those with a little high fee

Surely you will get because of 620 marks that is top marks you may get admission in top medical colleges.

Placements in this college are good but not best. Different packages are offered . Companies like TCS , Sony Ericsson, Samsung etc visit for placement. Average salary offered is around 2-3 lacs. 

Faculty members are helpful and friendly. Also, there is a placement cell that is quite supportive
