The Institute of Productivity and Management, Lucknow (IPM), is one of the oldest organisations for providing education that began its journey in 1977. For the students who are in a search of an accommodation IPM provides a separate hostel facilities for both boys as well as for the girls. The capacity in each hostel is up to 60 students per hostel and these hostels are situated near the building of academics. The house is subdivide into rooms with two people’s accommodation capacity and the private washrooms. The institute makes it a point to let the students get all essentials accessories for the room such as beds, study tables, chairs, mattresses, pillows, bed sheets and individual Almirah. The comfortable living situation enables the students to concentrate on their course work and also have fellowship with fellow students.

The Institute of Productivity and Management, Lucknow provides a specialised area of specialisation of postgraduate diploma management. The institute currently provides only one course: a regular PGDM programme which has 30 seats, a PGDM in International Business, a part time Executive PGDM programme. They include programmes systems that meet specific career types and flexibility to enable working graduates to improve their managerial skills. The curriculum may probably be broad prospective including major areas of business administration and management to equip students with capabilities to become leaders in organisations.
