Hello aspirant,

For SC students fees is around 10000-12000 per semester in IIIT PUNE. Also this can vary as it usually increases by every year. Moreover they provide scholarships too so after applying for scholarship if you pass their eligibility criteria then you avail scholarship and the amount will once again get deducted from the total fees.

There also several things for which the fees is applied. You can visit the link given below for more details,

Hope it helps you..

Best of luck..

Hello,

If you're enquiring about Indian Institute of Information Technology, Pune then based on last year cut-offs at the end of sixth round of JOSAA counselling the closing rank of SC(Gender Neutral) Category in case of CSE and ECE has been 6297 and 9117, hence the chances regarding this seem tough, though it's entirely based on previous year data, and cut-offs vary every year based on various factors such as seat matrix/total number of candidates appearing for the examination/toughness level of the paper etc, you can go through closing rank of various programs offered by NITs/IIITs/GFTIs at https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

to know more detailed information regarding admission possibilities in various engineering colleges, you can use our JEE Main College Predictor at https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hi

This is a bit difficult to predict the rank required in JEE mains to get a seat as cut off  keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.

But yes,

When we go through previous year trend then ,

In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 ,  9117 sc rank was the closing rank for gender neutral for sc category in IIIT Pune and it was for ECE

You can check the same at

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

So, you need at least around 9K Sc rank for IIIT pune

Above prediction has been made  considering  past year cut off data but  closing rank for colleges varies every year depending upon many factors like jee main question paper difficulty, number of students writing the exam etc so

To have a personalised report on your chances of getting a college you can go through our college predictor, it will give you complete list of colleges which you can get on the basis of the category you belong to,  your home state, your gender etc, the link for  jee main college predictor is provided below

Considering strong Placement scope, Faculty, Infrastructure and prospects in Projects and excellent employer and academic outlook, you preference should be

1. IIITM Gwalior

2. IIIT Lucknow CSE

3. IIIT Pune CSE

4. IIIT Bhubaneshwar CSE

5. IIIT Kancheepuram CSE

Incase you get IT, thats also as good as CSE at IIIT. Most of the above IIITs have strong Placements.

Hello dear aspirant,

Hope you’re doing well…

If you want to decide amongst IIIT PUNE and IIIT SURAT, kindly mention the course you’re looking into.

Still i will give you some insight based on the reviews and rank of the colleges.

IIIT surat has a higher JEE mains cut off than IIIT Pune. Also the fees of IIIT surat is very less than IIIT pune. There is a difference of around 2-2.5lakhs. The reviews of IIIT surat are also much better than IIIT pune. It is known to have very good faculty, infrastructure and facilities. The placement facilities are also good. Every year students are placed at good packages.

The only drawback at IIIT surat is that there is no hostel.

Hope this above mentioned information helps you to decide

Please ask if you have any more questions.

All the best for your future!!

Hello Aspirant,

Definitely IIIT Trichy is best in all the aspects whether it is of placement or it is of academics, or for faculties or any other but note that it is applicable only if you are able to survive in that region with fooding, living and so on because it is in Southern region and if you are from Northern or Western region then you will get completely different atmosphere there otherwise if you go with IIIT Pune then it is also the good choice,

And as we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that :-

Closing CRL rank for IIIT Tiruchirappalli was :-

  • Computer Science and Engineering branch - 21358

So you have quite good chances to get IIIT Tiruchirappalli with Computer Science and Engineering branch.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Hi

Your profile suggests that your home state is Maharashtra,

It's quite difficult to predict because cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-

******number of students that appeared in the  jee main exam,

****** number of available seats,

****** performance of different students in the examination,

****** the category you belong etc.

But yes,

When we go through previous year trend then

>>>>> With 67831  rank

You have low chance in NIT Nagpur and IIIT pune.

For example,

In 6th round of josaa counselling 2020,

--------) Under Home state , NIT Nagpur cut off/closing rank  was 48359  rank  and it was for mining engineering for gender female general category.

--------) IIIT Pune cut off was 25897 rank and it was for ECE

You can check the same at

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

But yes,

You have chances in GFTIs like

-------) National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Sonepat, Haryana :- Food Technology and Management

-------) Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology:- Food Technology

And a few more

This prediction is on the past year data basis but  cut closing rank for colleges changes every year depending upon factors like number of candidates that write jee main examination, difficulty level of the question paper for different shifts of jee main etc so

To have a personalised report on your chances of getting a college you can go through our college predictor, it will give you complete list of colleges which you can get on the basis of the category you belong to,  your home state, your gender etc, the link for  jee main college predictor is provided below

To help you  further,

--------) EWS:- 66.2214845 percentile

--------) OBC-NCL :- 68.0234447 percentile

--------) SC :- 46.8825338 percentile
