If we compare the above 2 colleges than as per the resources available,reviews,ratings,placements,state ranks,etc it is clear that HALDIA INSTIUTE OF TECHNOLOGY is better than KIET,GHAZIABAD.
Haldia college is also good in CS/IT dept and the placement in this college is better than KIET college.

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that for the cse branch you should choose first ITM Lucknow as it is a government college, after that you should go for the AK Garg college , and after that you can choose for galgotia ,GL Bajaj
