• The LESP placement cell arranges for visits by companies from different industries.

• Recruiters involved in the LESP Placement Drive confirm their participation by accepting the invitation.

• The placement cell nurtures Industry Institute interaction, by organising and coordinating frequent industrial visits, in-plant training and projects of industrial relevance for the students, to reduce the gap between the industry and the academics.

• The campus receives and forwards the feedback pertinent to projects improvement from the visiting companies to the faculty, to ensure that the projects follows the latest industrial trends.

• LESP placement cell helps every student define his/her career interest through individual expert mentoring-counselling.

• The placement cell makes a database for the job profile of the companies by helping students analyse and choose the company of their interest.
