MAEER's MIT College of Railway Engineering and Research, Barshi Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a library facility for all students. The library always encourages all students and faculty to recommend new books in order to strengthen their collections. The students and faculty members can also suggest new titles by completing the necessary formalities through Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC). All the library members have partial open access to library documents. This facility is granted to library members to encourage their reading habits and promote maximum use of library documents The National Digital Library (NDL) is an all-digital library that integrates all existing digitized and digital content across Institutions of the nation to provide single-window access with an e-learning facility to different learning groups ranging from primary level to post-graduation level and even life-long learners of our country. It is sponsored by MHRD and coordinated by IIT, Kharagpur. Central Library has subscribed to the institutional membership of the National Digital Library.

The college has sports facilities for all students. MITCORER provides a platform to explore students’ talent in the form of sports. Facilities availed on campus for outdoor games are Basket Ball Court, Volley Ball, and Cricket Ground. Indoor games facilities like carom, and chess are provided.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. A Seminar hall that is fully equipped with the latest technology tools and equipment to ensure that whatever program is being held, is facilitated in a proper manner. Our Seminar hall has ample space and has the ability to accommodate a large number of students at one time.
