Cut-off list vary year to year but if you are applying for 15% quota seats then you have to score above 540+ marks and if you are applying for 85%quota seats then you have to score 500+ marks.

Doing an MD from AIIMS or PMCH wont make a difference because both stand almost equal in their reputation and patient load.
