Admission to 2 year Diploma in Clinical Pathology at the Patna Medical College is based on NEET PG. To be eligible for NEET PG you need a MBBS Degree. BSc in Zoology is not eligible.

I think you should apply to both. And if you are selected for both then AIIMS patna is a better choice compared to Patna Medical college. As the future prospects are better in AIIMS, it being a national university. All the best.
