Hello Sudarshan,

Based on this score the chances are very less to get a seat in Government Colleges but if you share with us your NEET All India Rank here then I can help you with the other admission possibilities.

Good Luck!

You have fairly enough chance to get a seat in the Patna Medical College(PMCH) under both 15 percent All India Qouta and 85 percent state Quota if we take into consideration last year's cutoff.
You can follow the link given below to get an idea of the previous year cutoff for various colleges in Bihar.

Yes amit,  if you are from open category,  the cutoff for patna medical college is 579 for all india seats. That means you can clear the cutoff for this college and grab a seat easily in any category. Although the cutoffs vary every year,  you are on the safer side with your score of 614 and you can expect a seat in this college. Hope this helps.

Hello dear
yes you have a very good chance of getting a seat in Patna Medical College, Patna as last year marks required in neet for general category was 579 under state quota.
so be optimistic and wait for results.
Best of luck for your results.
thankyou
Please feel free to ask your further queries if any.

Hello student,
You have not mentioned your category you belong to. With a score of 585, you can get a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 552 was required to secure a seat in Patna Medical College and hospital, Patna in the general category under the state quota. But scores and ranks vary with toughness of the exam and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link
http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor
Good luck

Dear Aman, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, Patna Medical College had a cut off of 552 marks. The other cuts offs are:

ANM Medical College: 533

Darbhanga Medical College: 533

Bettiah Govt. Medical College: 534

Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences: 536

JNM college: 535

Nalanda Medical College: 537

Shri Krishna Medical College: 533

Vardhaman Institute of Medical Sciences: 534

Having said that, cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Considering the previous cut offs and your score you will certainly get a seat in any of the above mentioned Medical Colleges including Patna Medical College.

Hey.
The cut off for admission in Patna Medical College, Patna under the State quota for the various categories in the previous year 2018 was as given below-
General- 7142, 552
SC- 47120, 445
ST- 39018, 460
Hence if you score in a range of 580 in NEET you would have a fair chance for admission in this college. But also keep in mind that the cut off changes each year due to several factors like level of difficulty, competition etc. This year as the paper was easy a little higher cut off is expected. You seem to have a fairchance still.
Best of luck
