Among all the mentioned college COEP is the best.
COEP is a government engineering college with a good placement record and also its fees is very low.
But if you want to do CSE and have good financial condition then go for VIT.

The classrooms are well maintained .The labs are well equipped and working.Wifi only works for Google .The infrastructure of college is really good complement by decent hostel with decent food facilities
