According to me, you should go for E&TC at PCCOEP since you may do a MINORS there in CSE and you may get a good job in IT SECTOR.

Greetings! Both PCCOER and PCCOE share the same placement cell . So , placement scenario is same for both the colleges. Rest  infrastructure , faculty and other aspects are also of comparable level . But if seen individually , then PCCOE has a little bit edge over PCCOER.
