Prestige Institute of Engineering Management and Research, Indore has a separate placement and training cell to train the final-year graduates of the college. The placement cell conducts workshops, seminars and live webinars hosted by the industry experts to train the students on the tools and techniques. The students of PIEMR are often offered to participate in Industrial visits, field and research work and mentorship activities along with internship programs. During the academic year 2022-23, more than 120 companies visited the PIEMR campus for the placement drive. During this placement drive, candidates were offered an average salary package of 5 L.P.A. and the highest package was 19.8 Lakhs.

• The PIEMR placement cell invites various companies from different industries to the placement drive.

• Recruiters involved in the Placement Drive confirm their participation by accepting the invitation.

• The placement cell hosts industrial visits, in-plant training and projects of industrial relevance for the students, to train the students on industry experience.

• The placement cell helps every student define his/her career interest through individual expert mentoring-counselling.

• The placement cell conducts group discussions and personal mock interviews to prepare the candidates.

• The campus organises and coordinates Campus Placement Program, to fulfil its commitment of a job to every aspirant.

• PIEMR placement cell works towards continuing education for the college employees.

• The campus and the recruiters will then accordingly schedule placement drives.

• For the candidates to be selected, the candidate must qualify for the interviews or other tests held by the recruiting companies.

• The selected students will receive offer letters to confirm their selection.
