Prestige Institute of Engineering Management and Research, Indore has a separate placement and training cell to train the final-year graduates of the college. The placement cell conducts workshops, seminars and live webinars hosted by industry experts to train the students on the tools and techniques.

The students of PIEMR are often offered to participate in Industrial visits, field and research work and mentorship activities along with internship programs. During the academic year 2022-23, more than 120 companies visited the PIEMR campus for the placement drive. PIEMR highest package offered for students is Rs 19.8 Lakhs and the average salary package offered is Rs 5.0 L.P.A.
