The institute encourages the placement coordinators to interact with the recruiters to understand their requirements.
The placement coordinators then begin the process of collecting resumes of the eligible students and shortlisting them based on the recruiters' requirements.
After the shortlisting, the placement coordinators arrange virtual/physical aptitude tests and interviews with the recruiters.
The recruiters are provided with the necessary resources and support to conduct the tests and interviews.
The selected candidates are given job offers, and the institute facilitates the offer letter signing process.
Finally, the institute helps with the onboarding process for the selected candidates.
