I was a bit nervous about the academic pressure before joining but honestly it's manageable. The faculty is helpful, the notes provided are thorough, and the internal exams give you a clear picture of where you stand. Academic support systems here are actually functioning, not just on paper."
College Infra
The campus is beautiful ngl. Green spaces everywhere, clean corridors, and the auditorium is massive. The labs are stocked with all necessary tools and instruments. Just wish the cafeteria had more options. But compared to other colleges, the infrastructure is definitely top-notch
Placements
Company diversity in placements is something this college does well. We had IT companies, finance firms, and even some core engineering companies which is not common. My branch specifically had good placement rates. The interview prep resources shared by the placement team were genuinely helpful and relevant

Academics
The syllabus is regularly updated which is something a lot of colleges ignore. We covered topics that are actually relevant to the current industry. The internal exams are structured well and faculty is approachable outside class too. One of the better academic environments I've been in.
College Infra
Honestly the campus is huge and well maintained. The labs have all the latest equipment and the library stays open late which is super helpful during exams. Wi-Fi coverage could be a bit better in the hostel blocks though. Overall really happy with the facilities here.
Placements
One thing I'll credit the college for is the diversity of companies that visit. Not just service-based giants but also some product and consulting firms. Got good exposure to different interview formats. The practice rounds helped a lot. Final placement was better than I expected going into the process.

A direct answer to your question is a NO, as RVCE does not accept JEE MAINS scores for merit-based seats. The only way to get admission is through the entrance exam: KCET( for Karnataka residents) and COMDEK UGET( for Non-Karnataka residents and Karnataka residents).
