JEE Advanced exam is conducted aftr JEE MAIN 2nd result.

The best of the 2 exams of JEE MAIN EXAM conducted twice a year is considered as the final JEE MAIN result.

The counselling starts after the result of JEE advance is declared.

After downloading the allotment letter of JoSAA2020 counselling, students have to pay Rs. 40,000 as seat acceptance fees (Rs20,000 for reserved category).Fees can be paid in online mode or through e-challan (through SBI e-Challan/SBI NetBanking/SBI debit cards).

This fees is included in semester fees once the admission is comfirmed by the student.

Mess and hostel fees isn't taken. It's upon you.If you have got the desired college you can pay for your hostel and mess too.

see ews certificate of general category students who dont have any other caste certificate, and also satisfied the eligibility criteria regarding annual income and asset of family, as you have already a minority certificate in your names you can not apply for ews category. for neet exam one person can apply for only one category, you need to choose between general or ews or obc ncl or sc or st  category.

NEP isn't yet implemented, although there have been reforms in the entire education structure, but I don't think this policy in anyway bring hindrance in pursuing distance learning programs,or it will be halted in any manner,  in fact in this covid situation majority of universities are going in online mode for teaching, yes we can say that there are still lot of scope to improve upon these areas because of varied reasons, but then the very definition of education has also been revolutionized in this era thanks to the technology, and  people pursue distance learning program for varied reasons, and it's recognition and importance has increased over the year, and I do feel in no way its impact going to diminish, in fact due to pandemic many more universities may come forth with different plans pertaining to offering of courses which wasn't perhaps a reality few times back.

see generally most of the colleges do not have specialization course, however vellore institute of technology, lpu have specialized course, however if you look into iits or nits or other tier 1 colleges program structure there is no specialization includes , however btech in electronics and communication engineering with specialization of biomedical engineering would be awarded as b.tech in ece. as the same way b.tech in computer science and engineering with specialization of bio informatics would be awarded as b.tech in cse. here your main course decides your stream, not the specialization.

Then the possible reason is that you must not have submitted any document or there must be any issue with your provided documents.For example if there would have been anything wrong with the passport sized photo then they must have rejected it and so you need to do change it.Login with your application number and password and check what's the issue and if you don't find any mistakes then try to contact VIT through emails raising your issue.
