Aiims Delhi is not a Deemed University. It is an Autonomous University, It directly comes under Central Government of India. The institute is fully under the control of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of India.
From this Year AIIMS application form has been discontinued and there will be only one exam i.e NEET.

There are many books that may help you in the preparation for JEE Mains. Sunil Batra is one of them. It contains lot of useful information, properly organized notes and important questions.
But there are many other books that are better, including H C Verma and Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick and Walker.

For having a proper list of colleges that comes under Delhi University, you can go through the official website where you will be able to get the names of all the colleges that comes under DU.

As per the statics of the last year question paper, there were around 8 questions from electricity and magnetism topics of Physics. But as there are no certain way of questions, the number of questions from any topic can be altered in further paper.

As per the marks mentioned by you, you'll have tough time in getting into top colleges through CET as most of the colleges asks for minimum 50% in graduation. However, if you score good in CET then you can get into some decent colleges for sure. Try improving your profile by the time you appear for entrance exam

MBC is a sub Category of OBC. But while filling NEET application form, NTA did mention that only those Candidates whose Community falls under Central OBC list can avail OBC reservation and the rest have to select General as their Caategory. So if your community within MBC comes under Central OBC list, then you can avail OBC reservation or else, it will be General Category. According to the official Central OBC list of Karnata, Kasab Community comes under OBC Category. And if the annual income is less than 6 lakhs per annum, you can select OBC-NCL and if the family annual income from all sources is more than 6 lakhs per annum, then you should select OBC as your Category while filling any application form.
Campus is well equipped with modern classrooms libraries, and good study places. There are provisions for e-learning but finance labs or trading floors are not available. Infrastructure is very good but finance technology access is nillll
The college has two buildings .The btech campus is good .ours isn't that good.There is need of improvement so that we will also feel good.The college has recently added domino's in the college which is good.
Yes, it has almost all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and Equipment but no smart boards and are not well maintained. Living spaces are clean and food hygienic. The furniture is not well maintained.
