Yes , you are right, there's no age limit for neet examination so you are eligible for neet examination  provided you have got at least 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.

Your code will be 02 , as it is for those who have passed their 10+2 in the year 2019 or before .

As we know that 75% in intermediate exam is must to be eligible for sitting in JOSAA counselling.
If you fail to secure the required percentage then you should appear in improvement exam. If your improved result declares after JOSAA counselling then you should make yourself prepare for next upcoming year in which you can again appear for the entrance exam i.e. JEE-Main exam.

Well if I am not wrong then NT category is for tribal communities. Hence it will fall under st in all india quota. There are only the main categories that are there in the central counseling scheme. State quota counseling has many other categories like your category.
