I'm appearing from Cambridge board for my 12th. We can give our subject exams over several sittings of our choice. If one of my subjects exams result comes in Aug 20 (as the exam takes place only in June 20), will I be eligible for CLAT 20?

Dear Anupam, if your results are pending at the time of the exam, it is still fine. You should be able to get ypur results and score the required aggregate atleast at the time of counselling. In this case you will be considered as a Candidate appearing for her qualifiying exam. So you will be fine.
