while making payment for cat 2020,Rs 2000 deducted from my account with no confirmation mail or sms.the application is not yet submitted.I tried to reach them at the given contact information but no response.16th is the last date of submission.what should i do now..?

Hello student this might happened Because of technical glitch in this case I request you to please contact your bank/home branch along with the transaction details, you didn't get the confirmation from cat authorities because the application fee didn't get reflected to them. Please ask your branch to processed the refund as soon as possible.
