Fine Arts and Digital Arts training shall be provided by the experts of RKAAD through offline and online classes. The interested candidates must fill in the application form, attach the required documents and post it to COL-DU. The admission shall be done on the basis of the screening test. The candidates must have passed out 12th standard from the recognized board to enroll in the Fine Arts and Digital Arts certification course.

Step 2: Search for the link “Click here to download the online registration form”. Click on the link and the application/ registration form shall be displayed on the screen.

Step 3:Fill in the application form by taking out the printout of the same. Or fill in the application form online and take out the printout of the filled form.

Step 4: Complete the enrollment process by paying the Fine Arts and Digital Arts certification fee and attaching the required documents with the application form.

Step 5: Start learning by attending the Fine Arts and Digital Arts classes.
