Khushi, Sir JJ College of Architecture does not take admission through JEE Mains Paper 2 anymore. It considers your NATA score and 12th boards percentile for admissions. So you need to take NATA 2020 to be held tentatively in April and July for this college.
The cutoffs are considerably high and you should aim for at least 140+ or 150+ in the entrance exam and at least 90% or above in your 12th boards to secure a seat there.
Although you can check which colleges you are eligible for through your score in JEE Mains Paper 2 using our college predictor: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-architecture-college-predictor
Also, the Paper 2 results have been released officially by NTA. You can check your percentile and calculate your approximate rank in the Common Rank List for January session using the formula: (100-your total percentile) x 112679/100
You can go to the below link to find the cutoff rank for admission in BArch in NITs or CFTIs for the years 2016 to 2019: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-b-arch-b-planning/amp

Hello,
If you want to apply for this college then you mush have passed the 12th exam with 50% in PCM and English from a recognized board. You have to give NATA/JEE exam to seek admission into this college. If you are not a student from Maharashtra then also you don't have to worry because once you've cleared the exam then you'll be called for the counseling session and after that only you'll be getting admission into this college.
Hope this helps.
All the best!!
Hi Kunal,
The Sri JJ College of Architecture, which is situated in Mumbai, offers Under graduate and Post Graduate courses for students who interested in pursuing a career in the field of Architecture. For its B.Arch. Undergraduate course, it takes admissions on the basis of NATA or JEE_Mains scores. For admission to its M.Arch. Post Graduate course, one needs to have a B.Arch. degree with a minimum of 50% from any recognized university.
The college infrastructure was huge. Its classrooms were nice and innovative. Quality education was there. The labs and libraries were top-notch. The library was one of the best libraries in Mumbai for Architecture. All the facilities were well-maintained. The living spaces were clean and the food was good and hygienic.
Necessary Infrastructure is present though cleanliness and hygiene is a little below average. No facilities like Wifi and smart boards are provided but they aren't really required for better learning of Architecture. Air Conditioned Lecture halls and spacious studios are present. The Canteen is not great in terms of food quality and hygiene but the location of the college provides many alternatives for places to eat.
The campus is beautiful but usually unkempt. Although the studios and lecture halls are spacious and roomy allowing a lot of sunlight in. The Library is the best feature of the college and contains literally any Architecture book you can imagine. Food is not a 100% hygienic. There are no proper courts for sports, they are usually played once a year during fest on the common field that is shared by both the Arts and Architecture departments.
