A 13-month blended learning programme designed for high-potential junior to mid-level executives aiming for enhanced responsibilities in marketing and sales. The programme combines online learning with on-campus contact sessions, allowing participants to pursue education with minimal disruption to their work. It focuses on providing insights into core management areas, with a specific emphasis on marketing and sales, and aims to cultivate a service-oriented perspective, understanding the shift towards service-based business models. It equips participants with contemporary tools and techniques for key marketing and sales functions.

The current fee is ₹4,95,000/- plus applicable taxes. It includes tuition fees, lodging and boarding charges, and study material charges.

Participants who wish to pay the entire fee together can avail of a discount of ₹20,000/- on the fee of ₹4,95,000/- (taxes as applicable on the balance).

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience is generally preferred for graduate applicants. Freshers (recent graduates with high potential) are also considered. Overall, candidates with 0-5 years of work experience are typically eligible.
- While not strictly mandatory for all, applicants with valid scores from CAT, XAT, GMAT, GRE, or NMAT should include them in their application for consideration.

Admission Details

The programme operates on a rolling admissions basis. The procedure includes:
- Online application form submission and payment of a non-refundable application fee.
- Profile-based shortlisting, where the applicant's academic record, work experience, and achievements are thoroughly evaluated.
- A personal interview (typically conducted online) to assess suitability for the programme.
