You cannot get cse in Andhara University.But you can get branches like biotechnology,ceramic engineering that too in the last rounds of the counselling.You need to try other universities and good pvt colleges for that branch.You may get that in ANU,JNTU-kalikiri, Gayatrividyaparishad,VR siddhartha etc.

For acquiring a admission in svuce one must get very good rank,hence the college is under tirumala tirupathi devasthanam,they set very close cutoff for admission.

Cutoff for general category is around 1500to 2000 ranks where as sc students cutoff is 10,000 rank for joining in svuce one must

I would not suggest you could take chemical engineering anywhere unless you have special interest in it. What you can do is you take up any good private colleges if you're getting CSE there for example G Pullareddy college because placements will be upto the mark in kalikiri.
