According to the gazette notification issued on November 19 stated that during the period of study, the PG scholar of Shalya and Shalakya shall be practically trained to acquaint with as well as independently performing specified  activities so that after completion of his/her PG degree, he/she is able to perform the procedures independently. ------)First of all in Maharashtra skipping the service bond is not allowed.
-----)Moreover the rules are getting more and more strict and changing every year so it would be better you sign in.
------)As per my information there is certain amount you have to fill to skip service bond and if you can afford it you can choose not to sign then.
-----)Many states have different time period decided for service bond so if you get a PG seat in a state different from the one you have done your UG and have a rural service bond in, it's unclear.
-----)And in current scenario many states are enforcing their rural service bond to strictest so it would be better you do service bond.

If you mean seat quota by certain number of PG seats reserved for those who did UG in the same institute, then they don't exist in AIIMS.

NEET, formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test , is the qualifying test for MBBS and BDS programmes in Indian medical and dental colleges.The examination, which offers 90,000 seats in MBBS and BDS Colleges of India, is conducted in the month of May every year.

Students must fulfill the above NRI quota criteria.

Applicants must be holding a valid passport.

The seats offered under NRI Quota will only be allocated to bonafide NRI's.

if you are alloted a MBBS seat in a government/private college of Uttar Pradesh in the second round counselling through the state and you report to the college then you will be ineligible for any participation in futher rounds of all India counselling or state counselling.

If you are alloted a seat and you do not report then you will be eligible to take part in the further rounds.
