Most of the states allow non domicile candidates to participate in their state counselling. This is true for punjab also. To apply, you will have to follow the given procedure:

1. Go to the BFUHS official site and check for registration of counselling

2. Fill in the registration form as a candidate from other state, pay the registration fee and submit the form (also download it for future references)

3. The university will then release a combined merit list. Your name will be mentioned along with your marks, state, and date of counselling

4. You will have to attend the counselling (online/ offline)

Hi aspirant, The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will conduct online Karnataka NEET 2021 (https://www.dnaindia.com/education/report-karnataka-neet-counselling-2021-dates-to-be-released-soon-last-year-cut-off-ranks-keakarnicin-latest-updates-2918361) counselling for admission to various MBBS and BDS like programmes at government and private medical colleges around the state.

The KEA's responsibilities are limited to administering Karnataka NEET 2021 centralised counselling, which comprises online registration, document verification, online counselling, seat assignment, and the issuance of the admission order. There are two rounds of Karnataka NEET counselling in 2021, as well as a mop-up round if any seats remain unfilled after the second round.

Karnataka NEET 2021 counselling will be conducted by KEA for 85 per cent state quota seats and 100 per cent private college seats. Karnataka NEET counselling will be held in 2021 by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for 15% All India Quota seats. Admission to 9,345 MBBS and 3,445 BDS seats in medical colleges across the state will be determined through counselling.

Fee structure varies from college to college, you haven't mentioned any of college for providing you details. St.joseph degree and Pg college doesn't offer any MBBS course, the only of course available is MBA. So, please let us know what college you are talking about. As neet pg is the entrance exam conducted for getting seat for good college in medical courses and the cutoff marks will be based on category and resevations and no.of seats available ,no.of candidates appeared for the exam and difficulty level of the question paper and previous year cutoff and the fee will be affordable if we get seat or we haveto pay huge amount of fee as if we get seat nearly 50,000 should  be payed and by this information given to u i think my suggestions and knowledge would be useful to u.
