Hi, so basically among the colleges you have mentioned PGDAV is better than everyone. It has better location, excellent faculty, placement record, etc.

Also, the college life is far better there. The infrastructure actually really good.

In order to pursue this course you need to have an aggregate of 40% from a recognised university and your percentage is above that so you are eligible for any college/university for the said course. Keeping in mind the students reviews, ranking and everything, AIIMS,Bhopal is better than IMS BHI, varanasi.
AIIMS has a better faculty, facilities, laboratories and the campus infrastructure. Also the internship and placement are better at AIIMS. You will have more competition here than IMS BHU.

The Post Graduate entrance exams were held on 29 Feb and 1st March'20 and the result was expected in the month of May, but due to current pandemic situation the results have postponed and may come out tentatively in the month of June. Hi, the scope for Nano science and technology is extremely good. As it is a newly evolving branch there is a lot of scope to research and come up with new ways of using this technology for the betterment and ease of living. The downside of this is it is very difficult to find placement reports of ACT campus and hence it is safe to say that the placements might be mediocre. If you dig in deep you might find it.
