As you are a commerce student having interest in law, I would suggest you to go for an Integrated course like BBA-LLB or BA-LLB. These are courses of 5 year duration which will be suitable for you as per your interest.  You can apply for Thiruvar Central University or you can opt for some other college as well for the same course.

As I have searched there are no reservation for for National cadet Corps candidates who are taking admission in PG Medical courses. However there are reservation provided to the students belonging to reserved categories SC/ST etc. This list also includes physically handicapped students.
