Let me tell you that Post-graduation (PG) is anytime better than a Diploma course. PG studies are deeper and more valuable. After BCom, according to me you should definitely go for post graduation and not diploma.

This a good line if you do bsc chemistry and post graduation in chemistry but it depends from which college you will do your post graduation.

In your graduation it won't matter even if you are doing your graduation from a decent college but note this you have to work hard for your post graduation course . There are entrances like IIT JAM. You need to crack these exam and if you can crack this exam then there is no looking back.

It will be better for you to do data science course after passing B tech electrical at least with 60% marks.there is no such courses which will satisfy  your interest of doing Mtech electrical after gate qualifying and PG diploma in data science at  the same time. So if you are interested in data science course you can do after qualifying in GATE examination and do Mtech in data science. It is not a matter from the branches of Engineering you have done BTech.you can do Mtech in data science after qualifying in in GATE examination and score at least 60% marks in BTech any of the streams of Engineering ..

Yes ,you can fill JNU Entrance Exam Application form this year.

As you have mentioned this is your last semester,so you can fill graduation certificate details later.

Actually because of Covid-19 situation, Universities and Colleges are conducting exams quite late but as you are final year student you will get your graduation certificate and results soon.

This is not only yours problem,many students are facing this kind of problem but your university will provide you your grade card soon after last semester exams.

Yes, a UG graduate in ECE and ME are eligible for PG in aerospace engineering. The program is open to candidates of all categories with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/M.Sc or equivalent professional degrees (AMIE etc.) and having valid GATE score. However preferred branches are B. Tech/B.E. in Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Avionics/ CSE/ ECE/ Mech/ EEE/ EIE.
