Prime Minister Narendra Modi has decided to postpone the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET-PG) exam for at least four months due to the ongoing pandemic. You have not mentioned the name of the exam regarding which you are enquiring. Based on the information available in your profile it is understood that you belong to Telangana if you are enquiring about TS LAWCET 2021 the eligibility criteria to appear for TS LAWCET 2021 is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in 10+2+3 pattern with minimum 45% aggregate marks if you belong to general category and 40% aggregate marks if you belong to SC/ST category from a recognized board. So one cannot appear for TS LAWCET if you haven't studied 10+2.

The eligibility criteria to appear for TS LAWCET 2021 to get admission to 3 year LLB course is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in 10+2+3 pattern with minimum 45% aggregate marks if you belong to general category, if you belong to SC/ST with minimum 40% aggregate marks from a recognized board. So it is mandatory that you must pass in 10+2 from a recognized board. you have to study 10+2 through open schooling or in regular mode. Post Graduation is not equivalent to 10+2 level so you have to study 10+2 through open schooling or regular mode then you can appear for TS LAWCET 2021.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you  no as such no rule is there that a student should be there in hostel to pursue MD/MS course. More over implementing this type of rule requires heavy infrastructure and students living in same city in which college is there then it depends upon the student he/she wants to live in hostel or not.

As per your query , I would like to inform you that for to be eligible for mca for ignour you just need to have 3 years of bachelors since you you have done masters IT then you are definately eligible for mca too .Ignou offers three year course in mca and forms of intake of july session 2021 are not released yet .The fees is around 40000 for the whole course
