You cannot secure admission in any college for pursuing Ph.D without having NET JRF score.
There are some universities that don't require NET score but they conduct their own entrance exam followed by an interview. So, unfortunately you cannot secure a direct admission.

Saint Joseph degree and PG College Hyderabad is a good private Institute which is generally known for MBA. Wipro find all 18 courses including only two PG courses Mba and Mcj . They doesn't provide any courses for medicine. Actually there is a lots of other medical colleges which provides PG courses. You have not specified any specific course but here is a list of some medical PG colleges

Admission to MSc Botany courses in most of the top universities and Science colleges are taken through entrance exams. It is compulsory for a candidate to have a minimum 50% marks in their bachelor degree (preferably BSc with either Botany or biological sciences as honours subject.) to be eligible to apply for admission, some top colleges may go upto 60-65% and above in BSc.DUET, BHU-PET, AUCET, CUCET, LPUNEST, TUEE, are some common entrance exams for MSc. In order to enroll in a postgraduate course, you have to gather Information like the duration of the courses,  future scope in that field, college or university offers the courses etc. to check about the entrance test you have to go through the official website of that particular college. In KERALA university there is no msc courses offers on microbiology. refer to the link below to know about pg course details:

in university of calicut admission to microbiology course is done by CAP (centralized admission process) which is on merit basis and entrance test conducts by university.

As NEET PG is a post graduation level program and the students pursuing MBBS can sometimes take a break in their educational career so no age limit is defined. This does not mean that an 18-year-old can apply for NEET PG but rather there is no upper or lower age limit defined for NEET PG.

Age limit for the students is 30 years at the time of admission in PG course.

I don't think you are eligible for MSc Hotel Management. If you can look at the eligibility for MSc Hotel Management then you will see that its given that BSc in Hotel Management or Catering or in any equivalent field.

Now I don't think that there are any equivalence between mathematics and hotel management.

Latest GOs No. 60 and 115 were issued by the AP state social welfare department. Government clearly indicated in those two GOs that now onwardsJagananna Vidya Deevena and Jagananna Vasthi Deevena schemes ( fees reimbursement ) will not be applicable to Private Colleges PG students in the State.
