Both Apollo medical college Hyderabad and Sri venkateshwara medical college Tirupati are good medical colleges but comparitively Sri venkateshwara medical college Tirupati is better than Apollo medical college Hyderabad as it older than Apollo and has more experienced professors with well developed laboratories etc,..

based on opinion from students from those colleges, both are good at its own field. you can get admitted in any of them.

but apollo has better infrastructure, labs and environment. but both have almost same level of experienced professors. so they both are good enough. you can join which ever you prefer or you like by atmosphere.

apollo has better infrastructure because they have multi speciality hospitals. also you can get internships right there. that is the major advantage in apollo.
