AIIMS are the most popular institutions for MBBS after NEET exam. Infrastructure facilities are quite good which includes single hostel rooms, wifi, canteens, hygienic food , digital classrooms or labs, etc. Placement rate is more than 95% with a good salary package , even the internship is also stipend based. Moving on to IPGMER , facilities are good , all the basic facilities are available. Placement rate is around 83% and the internship is provided to almost every student.

Pertaining to your field you have various options in pursuing postgraduate degree in micro biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, genetics, plant biotechnology, animal biotechnology,cell biology, molecular biology to name a few, if you have interest in teaching or want to have a career in research you can qualify NET exam or even SET conducted at state level to apply for JRF or Assistant Professor accordingly, in case of teaching in school BEd is required,apart from this you can also pursue certain courses which don't have specific stream requirements at pg level such as law program for a duration of three year, or if you have interest towards management then you can pursue MBA etc.

AIIMS, Delhi is the authority competent for prescribing the AIIMS PG 2021 eligibility criteria for interested aspirants. AIIMS PG has been replaced with Institute of National Importance - INI CET for  January session. Therefore, the article mentions AIIMS PG eligibility  conditions mentioned in INI CET 2021 prospectus. The eligibility criteria of AIIMS PG 2021 are the sets of conditions, which aspirants mandatorily have to fulfill in order to appear for the entrance exam and take admission. As per your query first of all I do not think you can further proceed for later rounds if you book your seat by joining that college. If you wish to proceed for further then you have to keep your seat as a floating seat. And after you have joined the college there is a time till which you can cancel it and get your money refunded but after that you would have to forfeit it.

As per your query I have to say that I do not think that you are eligible for NEET PG at all. This exam has it's own eligibility criteria and you do not qualify it. For giving the exam you need to have 50% in PCB in 12th standard for UR category which you have mentioned that you do not have. As you have mentioned that your mother is an overseas citizen and she is staying as a OCI in India but the question which is your birth country. Your mother's citizenship does not affect your admission rather your citizenship does. If you are born in India then you would not get admission in NRI Quota but if you are born somewhere else then yes you can get admission in NRI Quota.

I think that is just a server issue and that could happen to anyone . Often it occurs that the amount is deducted but it does not show on MCC. It could happen due to some technical issues and well the money would be refunded back. I think it is better to fill it once again.
