For January cycle, the last date is end of december. Last date prevails until  date for application. if you want to apply for january cycle then you have to do it within december. if you want to do for july cycle then you have to do apply in May

Yes, you can apply for NTA net (National eligibility test) .

There are some eligibility for NTA:-

•Candidate must have post graduation from any recognised university.

•Candidate should score 55% in humanitarians (including languages) , social sciences, computer science, etc.

Based on your interested exams, check your eligibility criteria. You can do your post graduation through distance education. Many universities provide distance education for various courses. Select one based on your interest and do well. After completion you can write the PG standard exams.
