Indian students who go for MBBS programs in nations other than India are classified as foreign medical graduates (FMGs) and can go for post-graduate degree seats in government-run colleges only under the ‘All India Quota’. You are not eligible for the state quota. So, you are not eligible for state-level counselling in Gujarat for NEET PG. To be eligible for NEET PG, you are required to qualify for a screening exam administered by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Passing the foreign medical graduates’ examination (FMGE) exams administered by the National Board of Examination (NBE) is a condition to be fulfilled to apply for PG programs within the country. You also have to register under MCI to get licenses to exercise as MBBS here.

MCC considers a central list for OBC caste for NEET PG counselling while taking students under All India Quota or AIQ. As you have mentioned that your caste is under the state list of OBC caste. So, you will be eligible for a reservation under the OBC quota in the state counselling if and only you apply for state quota seats. So you can of course avail the benefits of reservation under OBC in your state. As your caste is not involved in central OBC benefit, you will be treated as a general category student for the AIQ seat and won't be able to avail any benefits of reservation. Through NEET PG cutoff, candidates who cleared the cut-off will be awarded entry to 50% All India Quota (AIQ), 50% state quota, all deemed/central universities, ESIC/AMFS colleges, and private institutes.

Stipend is basically more in Government colleges comparatively to private colleges

The stipends has been increased to 45000 and 47500 for first year students , later in future years ,with increments there can be little increase in stipend amount and may go to 55000 in 3rd year.

CUET PG 2022 - The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun the CUET PG 2022 enlistment on May 19 on the official site at cuet.nta.nic.in. Competitors can fill the CUET PG 2022 application structure till June 18. The Common University Entrance Test PG or CUET PG (officially known as CUCET) will be directed in the third seven-day stretch of July in PC-based mode. The CUET PG is an internet-based selection test named Common University Entrance Test directed for PG programs which gives a typical stage and equivalent open doors for admission to 42 partaking colleges. The CUET entrance test scores can be utilized for CUET admission to different postgraduate courses. Up-and-comers should finish their graduation with at least 50% in aggregate. Reserved class competitors will get 5% unwinding.

Post Graduate diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (PGDMLT) is a 2 year program. The eligibility criteria for MGDMLT course is that the candidate need to have   Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. with subjects of Chemistry and Zoology with an aggregate of 40% marks and above from an recognized board.

So, yes you can do this program after B.Sc. in Zoology or Botany.
