The only difference between a private medical college and a government medical college is the fee structure and clinical exposure to some extent. Private colleges too are at par with the government ones in various aspects and even better when it comes to infrastructure. But as you mentioned, the fee is nominal, so I suggest taking admission this year and not taking a drop as the competition will only increase in the coming year, so will the number of students attempting the exam. You can focus and dedicate an ample amount of time to your MBBS subjects and then go for your NEET SS exam and secure a good rank.

For the 12 participating Central Universities, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has been tasked with conducting the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) for both Undergraduate/Integrated (UI) and Post Graduate (PG) programmes in 2021. On April 6, the National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the CUET 2022 application form. CUET applications are open until May 6 on the official website at cuet.samarth.ac.in. According to media reports, 1,27,037 candidates applied for the CUET registration 2022 in the first week of registration. For admission to various UG, Integrated PG, and PG programmes in central institutions, CUET 2022 will be held in the first and second weeks of July. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has also requested public and private colleges to take CUET 2022 scores into account for admitting students to undergraduate programmes.

There is no official notification released by NTA regarding CUCET PG 2022.
CUCET 2021 Registration Form was published on 16th August 2021 .
The final period of application submission for CUCET 2021 was 5th September 2021.
So, this year we can expect it around August month. But last year their world was recovering from a pandemic so maybe this year the application will be a little earlier.
It is best to prepare from now and stay updated regarding the syllabus and eligibility.

The college Infrastructure is so good. Recently the college has added up one more block into the main campus and also the campus is kept neat and clean each and every day. The college has different classes for different sub sections. It has every facility and with clean and neat equipment's. In classes there will be no problem or issue regarding the infrastructure.
the college infrastructure is average like the classrooms are ok but this college doesnt have any library or sports room and also there is no wifi available for the students and there is no hostel facilities available for the outside students
college infrastructure is good and has all necessary facilities that are required and the college has one library and college dont have no hostels the security here is tight and living space is clean and well maintained
