As per your rank in ComedK 2019 and considering you are a non-Karnataka resident, you cannot get a seat in any branch of NIE, Mysore. The CSE branch of NIE, Mysore closes around 2000 rank (for GM category). I would suggest you to try for other colleges

Firstly congratulations for securing a good rank. Cutoff for cse in NIE during 2018 was 2269 for general category . As you have 1751 which very well falls within the cutoff rank you have clear chances in getting a cse seat in NIE with or without snq quota.
